Terms Used In Indiana Code 22-10-12-13
- Director: means the director of the bureau of mines and mine safety established under IC 22-1-1-4. See Indiana Code 22-10-3-1
- Mine: means an underground commercial coal mine. See Indiana Code 22-10-3-1
Sec. 13. The director of the bureau of mines and mine safety shall provide an annual statistical report including a list of all trained mine rescue teams. The report shall be sent to all mines that have mine rescue teams.
