Terms Used In Indiana Code 23-2-6-12

  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, “financial institution” means a bank, savings institution, or trust company that is organized or supervised under the laws of the United States or of any state.
