- committee: refers to the INSPECT oversight committee established by section 24 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-26-24-2
- INSPECT: means the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking program established by IC 25-1-13-4. See Indiana Code 25-26-24-7
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “committee” refers to the INSPECT oversight committee established by section 24 of this chapter.
