(1) Forms necessary for applications.

(2) Areas that are necessary to implement this act.

     (b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:

(1) The establishment of fees under IC 25-1-8-2.

(2) The retirement or surrender of a license.

(3) Granting an inactive license and procedures for reinstatement of an inactive license.
