- board: shall be construed to mean the board of registration for architects and landscape architects. See Indiana Code 25-4-1-22
Sec. 33. The board shall send written notice to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1 of the determination of the board in a disciplinary action against an architect under IC 25-1-11. The board shall send the notice not later than three (3) business days after the date of the board’s determination.
