- Department: means "the department of insurance" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
Sec. 10.5. The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to prescribe minimum standards for the establishment of reserves as specified in the Valuation Manual for insurers writing Class 1(a), Class 1(b), and Class 1(c) lines of business.
