- insurer: means a company, firm, partnership, association, order, society or system making any kind or kinds of insurance and shall include associations operating as Lloyds, reciprocal or inter-insurers, or individual underwriters. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
Sec. 0.1. The amendments made to section 3.5 of this chapter by P.L.88-2000 apply to financial statements filed by an insurer after December 31, 1999.
