Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-1-37-0.2
- person: means an individual, an agency, a political subdivision, a partnership, a corporation, an association, or any other entity. See Indiana Code 27-1-37-4
Sec. 0.2. As used in this chapter, “affiliate” means any person who, directly or indirectly through one (1) or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the person to whom affiliation is attributed.
