- data base: refers to the all payer claims data base created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 27-1-44.5-1
- Department: means "the department of insurance" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
Sec. 1.2. As used in this chapter, “executive director” means the individual who is responsible for overseeing the operations of the data base as an employee of the department.
