Sec. 10. The requirements of this chapter do not apply to a facility or practitioner that:
(2) is in compliance with;
(1) is required to comply with; and
Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-1-45-10
- Department: means "the department of insurance" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
- facility: means an institution in which health care services are provided to individuals. See Indiana Code 27-1-45-2
- practitioner: means the following:
