  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
(2) any interested person may:

(A) file a written statement; or

(B) make an oral presentation; and

(3) at the discretion of the commissioner or the commissioner’s appointee, testimony may be taken under oath or by affirmation.
