Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-8-27-2
- first steps program: means the program established under Indiana Code 27-8-27-3
- insured: means an individual covered by a health insurance plan. See Indiana Code 27-8-27-5
Sec. 2. For purposes of this chapter, “first steps child” means an infant or toddler from birth through two (2) years of age who is enrolled in the Indiana first steps program and is an insured.
