- policy of accident and sickness insurance: refers to a policy of accident and sickness insurance (as defined in IC 27-8-5-1) that provides coverage for anatomical gifts, transplantation, or related health care services. See Indiana Code 27-8-35-4
Sec. 5. An insurer shall not deny coverage for anatomical gifts, transplantation, or related health care services under a policy of accident and sickness insurance based solely on the disability of the covered individual.
