(1) the attorney for the department of child services; or

Terms Used In Indiana Code 31-39-2-6

  • Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) any authorized staff member of:

(A) the local office;

(B) the department of child services;

(C) the department of correction; or

(D) the department of child services ombudsman established by IC 4-13-19-3.
