Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-40-6-1

  • Public defender: Represent defendants who can't afford an attorney in criminal matters.
   Sec. 1. The public defense fund is established to receive court costs or other revenues for county reimbursement and administrative expenses. The fund shall be administered by the Indiana public defender commission (established by IC 33-40-5-2).
