Indiana Code 4-31-2.1-18. “Licensed facility”

Sec. 18. “Licensed facility” refers to the following:

(1) A racetrack at which live horse racing is conducted in accordance with a permit issued by the commission under IC 4-31-5.

(2) A satellite facility licensed under IC 4-31-5.5.
