Sec. 5. The division shall research and analyze data and public policy issues relating to all aspects of gaming in Indiana for the enhancement of:
(2) pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31;
(1) the Indiana lottery under IC 4-30;

- Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
- division: means the gaming research division of the commission established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-33-18-1
(3) charity gaming under IC 4-32.3; and
(4) riverboat casino gambling under IC 4-33.
