Sec. 33. If:

(1) an award is made under this chapter; and

claimant: means any of the following individuals filing an application for assistance under this chapter:
Indiana Code 5-2-6.1-1

(2) the claimant receives a sum required to be deducted under section 32 of this chapter;

the claimant shall refund to the state the amount of overpayment.
