Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-22-10-17

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
   Sec. 17. A purchasing agent may acquire supplies by accepting a gift for the purchasing agent’s governmental body.
