Indiana Code 5-22-12-1. Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies only to the following governmental bodies:

(1) A state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2-184).

(2) A penal facility operated by the department of correction.

(3) A political subdivision.
