- communications system infrastructure: means all or part of the infrastructure of the system described in IC 5-26-3, including:

- fund: refers to the integrated public safety communications fund established under IC 5-26-4-1. See Indiana Code 5-26-1-2
- system: refers to the Indiana statewide wireless public safety voice and data communications system. See Indiana Code 5-26-1-5
Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “infrastructure fund” refers to the communications system infrastructure fund.
