Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-28-16-5

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • fund: refers to the Indiana twenty-first century research and technology fund established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 5-28-16-1
   Sec. 5. The corporation may use money in the fund to cover administrative expenses incurred in carrying out the requirements of this chapter.
