Indiana Code 5-28-40-3. “Other authorized research provider”

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “other authorized research provider” means a research organization, other than an Indiana institution of higher education, that:
(2) provides research services; and
(1) is located in Indiana;

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Indiana institution of higher education: means a public or private college or university that:

- research services: means research and development, technology exploration, technical development, product development, and commercialization intended to foster innovation in an eligible small business. See Indiana Code 5-28-40-4
(3) is approved by the corporation for purposes of this chapter.
