- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- negotiations: means communications, including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and other preliminary, early stage, or informal communications, directed to or with an industrial, research, or commercial prospect. See Indiana Code 5-28-6-0.6
Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, “final offer of public financial resources” means a final executed definitive agreement that is the product of negotiations between the corporation or another public agency and an industrial, research, or commercial prospect.
