Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, “special fund” means:
(2) the special funds referred to in IC 8-22-3.5-9(e);
(1) the special funds referred to in IC 6-1.1-39-5;

(7) the allocation fund referred to in IC 36-7-30-25(b)(3); or
(8) the allocation fund referred to in IC 36-7-30.5-30(b)(3).
