- commission: refers to the Indiana utility regulatory commission. See Indiana Code 8-1-1-1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 34. Every corporation shall furnish to the commission all information required by it to carry into effect this chapter and shall make specific answers to all questions submitted by the commission.
