Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-1-2-67
- Commission: as used in this chapter , means the commission created by IC 8-1-1-2. See Indiana Code 8-1-2-1
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
Sec. 67. A copy of such transcript shall be furnished on terms fixed by the commission to any party to such investigation.
