- Commission: as used in this chapter , means the commission created by IC 8-1-1-2. See Indiana Code 8-1-2-1
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 75. Upon application of any person, the commission shall furnish certified copies, under the seal of the commission, of any order made by it, which shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the order.
