Indiana Code 8-2.1-17-9.3. “Limousine”

Sec. 9.3. “Limousine” means a motor vehicle that:

(1) is a passenger vehicle; and

(2) is designed and constructed to accommodate and transport not more than fifteen (15) passengers, including the driver.
