mobile home: means a nonself-propelled vehicle designed for occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place. See Indiana Code 9-22-1.5-1

Sec. 1.3. This chapter does not apply to a mobile home that is located in a mobile home community (as defined in IC 16-41-27-5).
