Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 16 > Article 49 > Chapter 6 - Fetal-Infant Mortality Review Teams

  • Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
