Highway: includes county bridges and state and county roads, unless otherwise expressly provided. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
public agency: has the meaning set forth in IC 5-30-1-11. See Indiana Code 5-16-15-4
public works project: refers to a construction project governed by an applicable public works statute. See Indiana Code 5-16-15-5
