clean coal technology: means a technology (including precombustion treatment of coal):

commission: refers to the Indiana utility regulatory commission. See Indiana Code 8-1-1-1
Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
public utility: means a public or municipally owned utility. See Indiana Code 8-1-8.7-2
United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
