Terms Used In Iowa Code 147.89
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- License: means a license issued by the state under this chapter to a hearing aid specialist. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Person: means a natural person. See Iowa Code 154A.1
Every licensee and member of a board shall report to the board the name of any person without the required license if the licensee or member of the board has reason to believe the person is practicing the profession without a license.
