Terms Used In Iowa Code 147.9
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- License: means a license issued by the state under this chapter to a hearing aid specialist. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Person: means a natural person. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Rule: includes "regulation". See Iowa Code 4.1
Every person licensed pursuant to this chapter shall notify the board which issued the license of a change in the person’s address of record within a time period established by board rule.
