Terms Used In Iowa Code 155.19
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- License: means a license issued by the state under this chapter to a hearing aid specialist. See Iowa Code 154A.1
The board may accept the voluntary surrender of a license if accompanied by a written statement of intention. The voluntary surrender, when accepted, shall have the same force and effect as an order of revocation.
