For purposes of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Commission” means the commission of Native American affairs.

- Department: means the department of human services. See Iowa Code 249L.2
2. “Office” means the office of Native American affairs of the department of human rights.
3. “Tribal government” means the governing body of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
