Terms Used In Iowa Code 455H.504
- Enrolled site: means any property which has been or is suspected to be the site of or affected by a release and which has been enrolled pursuant to this chapter by a participant. See Iowa Code 455H.103
- Participant: means any person who enrolls property pursuant to this chapter. See Iowa Code 455H.103
- Person: means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or association. See Iowa Code 462A.2
A no further action letter, a covenant not to sue, and any agreement authorized to be entered into and entered into under this chapter and the rules adopted pursuant to this chapter may be transferred by the participant or a later recipient to any other person by assignment or in conjunction with the acquisition of title to the enrolled site to which the document applies.
