Terms Used In Iowa Code 461.24
- Department: means the department of natural resources. See Iowa Code 462A.2
- Department: means the department of agriculture and land stewardship, the department of natural resources, or the department of transportation. See Iowa Code 461.2
- Internet: means the federated international system that is composed of allied electronic communication networks linked by telecommunication channels, that uses standardized protocols, and that facilitates electronic communication services, including but not limited to use of the world wide web; the transmission of electronic mail or messages; the transfer of files and data or other electronic information; and the transmission of voice, image, and video. See Iowa Code 4.1
- Trust fund: means the natural resources and outdoor recreation trust fund created in section 461. See Iowa Code 461.2
The department of natural resources, the department of agriculture and land stewardship, and the department of transportation shall cooperate to publish and maintain a public listing of how moneys contained in the natural resources and outdoor recreation trust fund as created in section 461.31 are distributed and spent during the course of each fiscal year. The departments shall designate one of the departments to be responsible for publishing and maintaining the public listing on the internet site operated by that department.
