- Person: means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or association. See Iowa Code 462A.2
Every person who violates any provisions of this part is guilty of a simple misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, and in default of payment thereof, by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty days.
