Terms Used In Iowa Code 523A.810A
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of insurance. See Iowa Code 510.1B
- Electronic: means the same as defined in section 554D. See Iowa Code 554E.1

The commissioner shall, by rule, develop a system and procedures and a format for electronic filing of documents required to be filed with the commissioner under this chapter.
