524.225 Procedures — judicial review.
Judicial review of the actions of the superintendent may be sought in accordance with
chapter 17A. However, contested case provisions of chapter 17A, the Iowa administrative procedure Act, do not apply to an action by the superintendent to order a state bank to cease to carry on its business and to appoint a receiver, as authorized by § 524.224.
