524.229 Emergency powers of superintendent.
Whenever the superintendent determines that an emergency affecting one or more
state-chartered banks or bank offices exists, or is impending, in this state or in any part or parts of this state, the superintendent may temporarily suspend applicable rules or statutes to the extent necessary to allow the affected bank or banks to respond to the emergency.
