Terms Used In Iowa Code 535A.7
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
Any person who knowingly engages in a practice which violates the provisions of section 535A.2 or 535A.9 is guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
