Terms Used In Iowa Code 607A.25
- Court: means the district court of this state and includes, when the context requires, a judicial officer as defined in section 602. See Iowa Code 607A.3
- Electronic data processing system: means an electronic jury management system as designated by the state court administrator. See Iowa Code 607A.3
- State: includes any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and any territory or possession subject to the legislative authority of the United States. See Iowa Code 633D.2
The master jury lists shall be stored in the electronic data processing system, and shall be accessible to only the state court administrator or state court administrator’s designee, or the jury manager or jury manager’s designee.
