Terms Used In Iowa Code 607A.38
- Court: means the district court of this state and includes, when the context requires, a judicial officer as defined in section 602. See Iowa Code 607A.3
Jurors who have been discharged for any reason may, during the calendar quarter, be instructed to again report if the business of the court necessitates such action.
