Terms Used In Iowa Code 633.659
- Conservator: means a person appointed by the court to have the custody and control of the property of an adult under the provisions of this chapter. See Iowa Code 633.701
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
When a claim has been filed and has been admitted in writing by the conservator, it shall stand allowed, in the absence of fraud or collusion.
