- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
A person carrying a dangerous weapon whose behavior creates a reasonable suspicion that the person presents a danger to the person’s self or others shall cooperate with an investigating officer.
