- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
The order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be served by a law enforcement officer by delivery of a copy of the order to the person named or described in the order.
