1. An employee subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall have access to the employee’s personal file.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 8A.456
- Applicant: means a person authorized to regularly lend moneys to be secured by a mortgage on real property in this state, a licensed real estate broker, a licensed attorney, a participating abstractor, or a licensed closing agent. See Iowa Code 16.92
- Director: means the director of the department of administrative services or the director's designee. See Iowa Code 8A.101
2. An applicant for a position subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall be permitted to review, in accordance with such rules as the director may prescribe, any evaluation resulting from the application for employment.
